Warren Landry is a licensed Real Estate Broker with expertise in the sale of waterfront property. He has been a registered member of The Ontario Real Estate Association since 1992.

His focus has been on the sale of Lakefront Homes and Unique Waterfront Properties in Central Ontario. The bodies of water that he and his associates service are Lake Simcoe, Lake Couchiching and Southern Georgian Bay.

Background: Warren is a member of Concordia University (Montreal) alumni, graduating with a Degree in Commerce. He has been an active member of his community as an elected Municipal Councilor, Director of The City of Barrie Chamber of Commerce, member YMCA and has served on various community committees.

Warren has previous business experience that serves his clients well in negotiations and difficult transactions. He has been retained in the past by The Ontario Realty Corporation to dispose of surplus Ministry of Natural Resources lands. He has also been the broker for the seller of several large development projects. Warren has appeared on Global News to share his expertise on the waterfront market and has been featured as a knowledgeable marketer of waterfront property in the newspaper.
